Functional training It is about a form of drive of which the principle is to improve the daily physical drive of the practise by the execution of exercises known as "functional". One reproduces movements of the life of everyday (to rise, draw, push, descend, balance, lean etc...) under particular conditions in order to improve stability, balance, the gestural one, coordination, the agility, the flexibility, the endurance, the force and the power.
These daily exercises, given by your coach, will allow you to improve your feeling of wellbeing and will contribute to a better general balance.
